NollyWood Producer, Jeta Amata Breaks Up With His Wife Mbong

This is really sad because I know that popular Nollywood producer Jeta Amata actually waited patiently several years, more than five years, for this lady, Mbong, to get matured before he got married to her.

They met through movie runs and Jeta fell in love with her almost immediately but she was too young then so he agreed to wait for her to get to her mid-twenties before they became husband and wife and their marriage was a sweet one which was blessed with a beautiful 5yrs old daughter.

Sadly, Jeta Amata's people confirm to AshmarkOlakunle on Monday that their marriage have collapsed beyond repairs and they are already living separately heading for divorce. See details below...

Jeta Amata is believed to be very protective of Mbong, always determining where she should go and where she shouldn't go to. He provided her with everything she needed to be comfortable at home, but Mbong is not happy with the arrangement. She wants to be free like other actresses in Nollywood.

They relocated to Los Angeles in the United State of America, few years after their daughter was born, it seems that made matters worse. Mbong was now very far away from Nigeria where she wanted to be free and "enjoy" herself.

Jeta Amata almost made her become a full-time house wife in the US and she refused to take it. She left her husband and returned to Nigeria to act in movies by other producers, something that her husband has never wanted her to engage in.

She's back to the US now but an insider told AshmarkOlakunle that Mbong is living alone as a single lady and "enjoying" her life. On his part, Jeta Amata has accepted to let her go and I hear he has also found himself a beautiful white lady.

Here is what Jeta Amata said about their marriage break up:
"Mbong is an amazing mother, an incredible wife...all the time we were together she would never let any other person cook my food...she was faithful and good to me and gave me the best gift in the world, our beautiful daughter.
"If I didn't cage her so much maybe we would still be together. I stole her youth and didn't let her live her dream so it was better to let her go and find new adventures. She's happy and so am I. Despite the fact that we are no longer together, we are still good friends. She even lives close to me here in LA.
"Things are great between us and I'm happy to see her happy."
