Since Governor Suntai Was Forced To Read A Speech; His State Of Health Gets Critical

Governor Suntai
It is now obvious that the state of health of the ailing governor of Taraba state is not good enough to cope with the political drama his wife and others around him are trying to subject the man to.
AshmarkOlakunleBlog learnt that since on Wednesday when Suntai was forced to read a speech for few seconds to "prove" that he is fit to take over as governor, the man has not gotten himself. His poor health is said to have deteriorated so much so that he could not be managed at home again.

I hear he has been moved to an undisclosed location where doctors are now battling to stabilize him again. His wife is, however, claiming that Suntai is somewhere 'resting'.

A top source in Taraba was quoted as saying:
"The governor is too ill to even recognise his aides, but a group who feel that permutations for who becomes the governor of the state in 2015 will not favour them realised that with the governor away on treatment for so long, they would lose out.

“So, they moved to bring him back. And you can see from the media reports and the different photographs during his return on Sunday that the governor is not in a right frame of mind to do anything. Don’t forget that the governor did not say a single word during that day.

“But when seven members of the House of Assembly met him yesterday, they were shocked on the grounds that he could not recognise any of the lawmakers”.
