Oluchi's townhouse sells for $27 million

Oluchi Orlandi's husband, fashion designer Luca Orlandi, purchased the house for $12.35 million in 2008. The New York townhouse is in the city's sought after Upper East Side neighbourhood. It is five storeys and has 7,056-square-feet of floor space.
