A baby who still had its umbilical cord and
suspected to be about 3-day-old was found dead floating atop a canal located at
Orisan street, by Iyana bus stop, Ajangbadi, Lagos. Not much as been heard of
the mother.What
would make a Mother who carried her baby in her tummy for 9 months decide to
get rid of the baby in such cruel manner by dumping the baby in a canal? That
was the question on the lips of many.
