Shakira is selling her Miami Beach mansion for $14.95 million, and she's making no small profit.
The
"Voice" mentor bought the property for a "paltry" $3.38 million,
according to Redfin, and was able to more than triple the value of the
home, adding bedrooms and bathrooms totaling an additional 1,663 square
feet.
Her neighbors on posh North Bay Road have included Alex Rodriguez, Matt Damon, Jennifer Lopez, and Ricky Martin.
