Money Can Not Solve Boko Haram Problem

Northern-based human rights activists and President of the Civil Rights Congress, Mallam Shehu Sani said on Monday in Kaduna that the Federal Government can not use monetary inducement to solve the Boko Haram insurgency in some parts of the north.

Sani explained that the issue of amnesty for members of the sect can not work the way of the Niger Delta militants  because the sect were not fighting for financial gains.
